Problemsolver Triangle - Single
With The Triangle, you can train finger strength in a safe controlled manner and measure it easily. The Triangle is a great tool for rehab because you can train finger strength lower than body weight and it can be connected to different weight systems like a cable pull machine, resistance bands, TRX or hang off them with your body weight. The triangle has four inset holds. It has a one, two and three finger pocket, it also has a very smooth rounding edge which is great for open hand training.

I bought Triangle few years ago and I used it occasionally by connecting it to the door TRX mount. I wanted to install the hangboard initially, but apartment construction style and the fact that it is leased apartment stopped me to do so and I ended up buying Triangle as an alternative. Then lockdowns arrived and there was no climbing gym for a while so my first day post pandemic showed that I’ve gotten weak and that I was getting pumped up way too quickly than before. Then I remembered that I have Triangle and this time I decided to connect it to the kettlebell and use it that way. Just one week after I started using it again my gym performance went up. Now I am trying to do at least one repetition every day. Before using TRX mount was tedious, but with the current setup I can just easily move it out of the way when I am none. Recently I figured out that it can be used to to train pinch as well by putting your thumb in the single digit hole. I am super pleased with versatility and the build quality. Hopefully it will help me to reach even higher levels of climbing than pre pandemic.
