Edelrid Hummingbird Pro Dry 9,2mm
The Hummingbird Pro Dry is the perfect mix between lightweight and durable. With its small diameter, minimal weight and fine sheath the Hummingbird Pro Dry handles like a dream and is perfect for high-end sport climbing. It has a Pro Dry treatment which keeps water absorption to a minimum, up to 1–2 % in accordance with the UIAA water-repellent test, which means it hardly increases in weight when it gets wet and is safer and handles better if it freezes on alpine routes.

I hesitated buying a Skinny 9.2. The Hummingbird has the same weight per meter as other 9.4 and 9.5 ropes I own or owned. Probably has the same amount of fibres in, just a tighter weave. It handles like those thicker ropes ax well. I would consider this to be a mid diameter rope and not a super skinny one. Still to see how it is after longer use.
