SHIPPING FEES & DELIVERY COMPANIES

At EpicTV Shop, we know that nobody likes to wait. That's why we offer you several choices between DPD, Royal Mail and DHL Express, and several add-on service elements depending on the destination country, to guarantee that all orders will be shipped latest on the next working day (Monday if ordered the previous Friday), so you don't have to wait around to enjoy your new purchase..

SHIPPING OF LIGHT, HEAVY AND EXTRA HEAVY ITEMS

To calculate International shipping costs we divide orders into three categories, light, heavy and very heavy. You can place as many 'light' items in your cart as you like (this includes most of the products: shoes, harnesses, clothing, hardware etc) and we will still consider your order 'light'. However, if you place a rope or a hangboard - which are shipped as ‘heavy’ products - in your cart, the order will be considered 'heavy'. If you place more than one heavy item in your cart your order will be considered ‘extra heavy'. We suggest contacting us for a more accurate shipping quote if your order falls into this category.

Because of the excessively large size and shipping cost of bouldering pads we must apply an extra delivery fee for orders including them, but we are happy to be able to deliver them worldwide with DHL..

REDUCED RATE DELIVERY SERVICES FOR QUALIFYING ORDERS

We offer reduced rate economy delivery with the default delivery company’s service (Royal Mail or DHL Economy depending on the destination country) to the UK and mainland Europe for all orders of £60 or 70€ and over. Nearly all our customers in the EU get their packages within 3 working days and in the UK within 1-2 days, but for some countries it can take longer.

And please note that if you live in a rural area (i.e. outside of an urban or city center) you may experience slightly longer delivery times..

To Greece, Hungary and Slovakia the minimum order value to qualify for the reduced rate economy delivery with our default delivery service is 100€..

If you spend less than the amount that qualifies for a reduced delivery rate, a country and service level specific flat-rate fee will apply to your order. Please see the above map for the specific rates for your destination country and order type. .

You are free to select any one of the available alternative delivery companies and service levels for extra charge regardless of the value of your order. We’ve made effort to keep the extra charges to a minimum. We have negotiated reduced rates with the delivery companies, and in many cases we are covering part of the actual delivery cost on your behalf. ROYAL MAIL AND ROYAL MAIL NEXT DAY (IN UK)

We utilize the convenient and reliable domestic delivery service of Royal Mail for deliveries to UK customers from our Bristol warehouse. Standard Royal Mail deliveries within the UK usually take just 1-2 days, but we offer also Royal Mail Next Day service for an additional small charge, for even faster next day delivery between Monday-Friday if the order is placed before 10.30 am UK time.

DPD FREE DELIVERY

We offer FREE Delivery to Europe for all orders above 70€, which means you’ll normally get your order in 4-5 days. Nearly all our customers in the EU get their packages within 4-5 days, but for some countries it can take longer. Check out our delivery map at the top of the page to confirm the delivery time. And please note that if you live in a rural area (i.e. outside of an urban or city centre) you may experience slightly longer delivery times.

DHL ECONOMY (WHERE AVAILABLE)

We offer DHL Economy delivery as a low cost option for delivery to those EU countries that don’t have the DHL Full Service option. Nearly all our customers in the EU and The UK get their packages within 3 working days using this economy service, but for some countries it can take longer. And please note that if you live in a rural area (i.e. outside of an urban or city center) you may experience slightly longer delivery times. All DHL deliveries are made from Monday to Friday. The map at the top of the page displays the average delivery times to your particular country.

Orders that are shipped to EU countries where the DHL Full Service option is not available will be billed VAT-free in the shop (we take out the VAT amount from the final total amount payable as soon as you add a shipping address for one of these countries), but your order will be still be subject to the usual VAT plus some DHL service charges when it arrives in your country, and DHL will contact you for payment just before delivery. They then clear the EU customs on your behalf and deliver the package to you.

DHL FULL SERVICE ECONOMY (WHERE AVAILABLE)

In order to continue providing convenient, hassle-free deliveries within the EU from our Bristol warehouse also after Brexit, we have added DHL Full Service Economy delivery as an option for a small fee to these 15 EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

When you select DHL Full Service Economy, we collaborate with DHL to deal with all border formalities, such as VAT payment, completely on your behalf and you’ll get door-to-door delivery service just like before*. We continue to cover your normal VAT obligation as part of the price of the product in the shop, just like before Brexit.

Nearly all our customers in EU and the UK get their Full Service Economy deliveries within 3 working days, but for some countries it can take longer. All DHL deliveries are made from Monday to Friday.

* This level of service is also known as “DDP (Incoterms 2020)” by the logistics pros.

DHL EXPRESS (WHERE AVAILABLE)

We offer DHL Express delivery as an option for a fastest delivery to those EU countries that don’t have the DHL Full Service Express option. When you place an order before 12pm (GMT) it is dispatched the same day and will be delivered to you the very next day in most cases within Europe and the UK. All DHL deliveries are made from Monday to Friday. The map at the top of the page displays the average delivery times to your particular country.

CUSTOM FEES AND IMPORT TAX

When shipping to Europe outside the EU, please be aware that you may be subject to customs fees or import taxes based on the contents and value of your order, discount/store credit or any special promotion will not be included on the export tax document, please make sure to control the total of your order without the discount to calculate potential import tax.

The prices displayed in our Shop include a default VAT, which is 20% of the original value. Don’t worry, this will be removed during the checkout process. However, any additional fees or charges that occur over the importation process must be covered by you.

If your order is subject to duty payments, you should be sent instructions, along with the amount you are required to pay, from the relevant customs office. Sometimes this doesn't happen, and the driver may ask for a payment of the taxes and Customs Clearance Fees upon delivery.

When shipping outside of the EU your package will be subject to not only customs and import duty but often a layover at the customs depot. EpicTV Shop and our shipping partners cannot control this process and it could mean your package takes longer than expected to arrive. The shipping time given does not include any layover or delay caused by customs processing.

We are happy to be able to offer express delivery service with DHL Express as an option for the fastest possible delivery of your order, if you select it.

Please note: You are responsible for any import duties or handling fees which may apply in your country. If any fees are applied and you refuse delivery then the cost of getting the package returned to us will be deducted from your refund

DOM TOM

All order place from the Dom Tom will not include the VAT. Please be aware that you may be subject to customs fees or import taxes based on the contents and value of your order, discount/store credit or any special promotion will not be included on the export tax document, please make sure to control the total of your order without the discount to calculate potential import tax.

EXCEPTIONS

We may occasionally opt to deliver small packages to some European countries using the delivery service of UK Royal Mail in collaboration with your local postal company. We will only do so if we deem it to be in your own best interest so that delivery can be made faster without any additional charge, for example if DHL service for some reason is temporarily unavailable.

We may also upgrade your Economy delivery to Express or your regular service to full service, without any additional charge to you, if we determine it to be in the best interest of both you and us, considering delivery time or service level, or availability of the option you’ve selected.

TRACKING NUMBER

We provide a tracking number for each order, and you’ll find it in your email confirmation and in the order detail which is available on your account information page when you’re logged in to EpicTV Shop.

Royal Mail International Tracked

If you choose this service and your order weighs over 2kg we will automatically upgrade you to DHL Express. (All orders over £80 are shipped free of charge to Europe) The estimated delivery time for this service is 3-5 working days. Your order will be passed on to the domestic post service in your country. In busy periods this service can take longer than estimated. Please note that when there are delays there is no way for us to speed up delivery. For this reason, if it is critical that you receive your order quickly we suggest opting for DHL.

If you are looking to buy from outside Europe - great news, we now ship worldwide*!

At EpicTV Shop, we know that nobody likes to wait. That's why we use DHL and Royal Mail to guarantee that all orders will be shipped the latest next working day (Monday if ordered the previous Friday), so you don't have to wait around to enjoy your new purchase.

Although we can't guarantee same-day shipping, we do endeavour to get all orders packaged and shipped as soon as we are able to. If you require an order urgently, your best bet is to select the DHL Express shipping options.

To give you an idea of when you can expect your parcel across the globe, it can take up to 5-9 days for deliveries to Australia, 7-9 days for Japan, and 6-8 days for deliveries to New Zealand by regular Royal Mail and DHL Express. Please note that depending on your shipping location ( remote area ) some extra delay can be caused on the delivery.

If you’re ordering from across the pond, expect 5-6 business day depending on whether you choose Royal Mail or DHL Express shipping at a charge of 20€ for orders under 150€. Thanks for choosing EpicTV!

Products We Can’t Send to the USA

Due to customs regulations, we are unable to ship liquids, such as spray-on chalk, to the USA.

Depending on the country you are leaving in custom agency can also add extra tax for the shipping at the delivery, we at EpicTV Shop offer the best shipping rate as possible unfortunately the rate can be different on the customs document join along your parcel increasing the final total value. We have no control over any customs charges you may incur, so we can’t advise you on how much they might be. Subsequently, we are unable to reimburse you for any customs fees or import taxes you are subject to, whatever the circumstances.

Transport damage

Please make sure you check your delivery immediately upon receipt for completeness and possible damage. It is best to note any deficiencies in writing to the delivery provider upon receipt or refuse the delivery if this one is badly damaged.
