Date of Manufacture
All ropes on the market have their date of manufacture printed on them!
Neither the sheath nor core of Beal's Classic ropes have been subjected to chemical treatment. However, the Classic range of ropes, like the Dry Cover and Golden Dry ropes benefit from all BEAL's advanced technology, and offer excellent shock absorption because of their very low impact forces.
1 Rope 1 Tree
Beal takes their environmental responsibility seriously. They divide their efforts between two main approaches. Firstly, Beal run an exceptional programme, in which they plant a tree for every single dynamic rope purchased. They’ve been doing this since 2007 and have no plans to stop! Secondly, Beal organises the recycling of ropes when they reach the end of their life. Every Beal rope is recyclable, and anyone can send their used Beal rope to one of their recycling departments, where they are broken down and reused. Top work Beal! I am really happy. Really smooth rope for use indoor and outdoor with extra savety thanks at the unicorn technology. I had a couple a small flys indoor with nice dinamic belayer and all was fine. I will buy a beal rope in the future. No coils if you storage in good conditions.
