Psychi Resistance Band - Red (Light)

Psychi's lightest resistance band. This band will be most ideal for those just starting out with resistance training or for those who have been progressing their pull ups and dips and are ready to increase the difficulty. Resistance bands provide aid in certain calisthenic exercises but will increase difficulty in others. They also provide a portable way to train whilst on the move.
