Arc'teryx Proton LT Hoody
The Arc’teryx Proton LT Hoody is designed to provide warm, air-permeable, self-regulating insulation for versatile, all-round climbing and mountaineering performance. As a mid-layer, the Arc’teryx Proton LT Hoody uses materials that provide thermal insulation but an air permeability that prevents moisture accumulation and overheating. As an outer layer, the jacket’s shell material is abrasion-resistant, with a DWR finish to repel light rain and snow, and a hydrophobic synthetic insulation that is quick drying and retains warmth, even when wet. The Proton LT Hoody is a slightly less insulated version of the Proton AR Hoody, making it great for those who don’t feel the cold quite so much.
