The Camp Corsa NanoTech is the most advanced mountaineering ice-axe in Camp's roster. Merging the hyperlight properties of an aluminium construction, alongside a Sandvik Nanoflex steel reinforced and spike for a solid purchase on hard snow and icy terrain.
Sandvik Nanoflex® is an innovative patented steel alloy that is 70% stronger and 20% harder than normal steel which allows for a significant reduction in the amount of metal used, thereby decreasing weight while maintaining strength.
Featuring steel components that massively increase the performance in its critical points without increasing its weight, the Camp Corsa nanoTech's single-curve shaft provides added clearance without interfering with your walking or plunging technique, whilst its grip is specially machined for superb handling and the small slot in the head allows for integration with the Corsa leash (sold separately).
