The Edelrid Gambit Harness is a breathable and comfortable harness designed with less bulk and decreased weight in mind. With 3D-Vent Lite technology, the Edelrid Gambit distributes weight evenly across the harness for greater support without weighty volume. This makes the Gambit best suited for fast and light multipitch or ice climbs where the ability to move freely and comfortably for hours on end is essential. Comes with gear loops and attachments for both rock and ice tools. Leg loops allow for full adjustability and the perfect fit.

3D-Vent Lite Technology
Edelrid harnesses with this technology are designed with a super-light construction to provide excellent support and maximum freedom of movement. They combine minimal weight and a small pack size by integrating high-strength HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) webbing tape in the waist belt and leg loops, ensuring that the load is spread over the entire harness without adding bulk. The air permeable support fabric is made of monofilament yarns, which allow body heat and sweat to escape.

bought this to use as an all-round harness, its surprisingly (considering the weight and minimal padding) comfortable to hang and belay in, and really lightweight and packable (i actually managed to stuff it into the pouch that came with my petzl sitta, the one that comes with this one is generously sized to say the least), the only issue i have with it is that it fits quite big, so if youre between sizes make sure to take the smaller one, i got a size L but would be more than ok with a M, for reference the sitta size L fits me perfectlly but the thigh loops are too tight to use during the winter, the thigh loops on this are ok even if i thighten them all the way, and the only way to make the waist fit when climbing with minimal layers is to take the webbing out of the liitle loop at the edge and tighten it past that point. the plus side is that doing that brings the gear loops closer to the front so gear is easier to see and get to. Talking about gear loops, this thing fits my entire alpine rack without issues, so thats a plus. overall in the limited amount of time i have been using this, im impressed.
bottom line: if youre looking for something that does everything well at an impressive weight and packabilty, look no further.
