The Sea to Summit Delta Bowl is, like all of the items in the Delta series, basically a high-performance piece of camping dinnerware. It features a Protex hex pattern base which reduces surface heat, and a food-grade, BPA-Free Nylon 66 material with a high strength-to-weight ratio. Hot food or liquids are never too hot to handle or have sat on your lap, and the extreme cold will not cause the bowl to crack. It's also highly odour- and stain-resistant, making it easy to clean after an expedition where proper cleaning hasn't been possible.
