La Sportiva Finale VS Women's Climbing Shoe
The La Sportiva Finale VS Women's is their comfortable, entry-level ladies-specific climbing shoe designed for beginners use in gyms and on long multi-pitch routes. The velcro version is a little bit softer than the laced and will better suit a medium-volumed foot, but it still uses the same extra thick 5mm rubber for long-lasting durability on harsh plastic holds and multipitch climbing. About as durable as they come, actually.
The Finale VS Women's uses the Vibram XS Edge rubber combined with La Sportiva's Powerhinge technology, the combination of which equals maximum power on edges and tiny footholds. XS Edge is a much harder rubber that allows for less deformation when loaded, meaning more stability and control. And Powerhinge technology is a small hole cut into the sole that limits stretch to only the back half of the shoe, which provides even more balance on micro edges. Being completely suede leather, the Finale VS is also as breathable as possible for the best comfort when climbing in hot weather on long routes.
You can expect the unlined suede leather to stretch up to a full size. It may take some time, but once it's broken in you'll have a completely custom fit. La Sportiva also recommend that you fit this shoe slightly looser for the most comfortable fit. And, if you're looking for a slightly stiffer laced version, check out the Finale Women's.

These shoes last a long time and for less than $100 they still perform really well. I have a narrow heel so the women's version fits a lot better than the men's. Durable enough to take a beating of 4-5 sessions/week, yet they perform just as well as the Katana and Miura as a stiff edging shoe. I downsize mine fairly aggressively, but with a more relaxed sizing, you could use these as your all day multi pitch shoes.
