Boreal Lynx Women's Climbing Shoe
More powerful than your average domestic cat; not as aggressive as their big cousins. Just in between. The Boreal Lynx is the high-performance all-rounder of Boreal's climbing shoe range, designed to excel on anything hard. A moderate downturn and medium asymmetry balance performance with comfort to tackle overhanging terrain without becoming too painful on longer routes. A stiffer midsole provides extra support on longer climbs and whilst stood on edges, and the Zenith Pro rubber (Boreal's high-friction compound used on all their high-performance shoes) provides stick on glassy, polished rock and steep, far-away holds. The double-tension V2 rand locks the heel firmly in place, and a to-the-toe lacing system provides a custom fit across the entirety of the foot.
Edu Marin, the world-class Spanish climber, has been projecting 9a+ in the Boreal Lynx. It's the true high-performance all-round shoe of Boreal's range.

Zenith Pro® rubber is Boreal's pro level compound featured on their highest performance rock climbing shoes. This compound excels on low friction routes and overhangs, but it also maintains an ability to hold micro edges. A true high-performance rubber available from the brand who invented "sticky" rubber as we know it today.
Double rand (as opposed to the standard single rand on climbing shoes) provides double the tension for a perfect fit of the heel and arch.
