GripMonkeys GripMonkeys fingerboard
Do we have a fingerboard for you, now you might be thinking we know its a fingerboard but this one is pretty special. It is put together from 7 distinct segments which you can arrange and customise making it easier or harder depending on what you need. The segments can even be put apart to use on a rope great for training whilst travelling or fixed to the wall as a hangboard, there are three different types of with 11 different grip types - jug segments, sloper 30 degrees and 20-degree segments. If you want to be able to adjust your training set up the stronger you get then the GripMonkeys fingerboard is for you.
Mounting - Concreate or Brick
Mounting on concrete or brick wall requires at least 6 mount points. At least 4 of the mount points should be on the upper part of the board. You need 6 row plugs with dimensions 8mm x 65mm for concrete or brick along with 6 screws with dimensions 5mm x 85mm. With the help of a friend position the board on the wall and mark the mount points on the wall using one of the screws. Use a hammer drill to make 6 holes 8mm x 70mm and insert the plugs.Put the board on it's position and fix it to the wall using the screws.
Mounting - Wood
Mounting on wooden wall requires at least 6 mount points. At least 4 of the mount points should be on the upper part of the board. You need 6 screws with dimensions 5mm x 85mm. With the help of a friend position the board on the wall. Start fixing the screws one by one preferably from the opposite sites on the board. Make sure the board is levelled both horizontally and vertically and is not tilted forward.
